Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team in Gloucestershire city centre, with straightforward access to the M5. The role offers a salary of £39,481–£42,123 per year and a relocation allowance up to £8,000 subject to qualifying conditions.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in an Adults Social Worker role and be registered with SWE, with a full driving licence and willingness to drive to various sites
