Priory Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Hospital Director for Priory Hospital Middleton St George to lead the Senior Management and Leadership division, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality inpatient care. This full-time role focuses on hospital performance, financial targets, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Managing Director to oversee clinical risk at the site, drive improvements, and coordinate with clinical and corporate teams

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC).
• Experience managing teams, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive high standards of patient care, quality and safety.
• Experience working with clinical and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for hospital and its commercial performance.
• Leads and manages the Hospital SMT across day-to-day business deliverables and QA indicators.
• Support from MD to manage clinical risk at site.
• Ensure service delivery meets targets for business planning, financial performance and care standards.
