As the Hospital Director at Pinhoe View, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility of the service, lead the multidisciplinary team, and be responsible for operational performance whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring financial and quality targets are met, leading the senior management team, promoting the hospital's reputation, and fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.

Where you will be working Location: Pinhoe View, College Way, Exeter, EX1 3PZ. Pinhoe View is a new purpose-built facility where a range of mental health services are provided for adults with acute mental health conditions across two wards and eight individual flats. The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, which specialises in the assessment, treatment and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility required to attend site outside of these hours.
