As the Hospital Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full clinical and administrative teams at Ty Glyn Ebwy. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring quality and financial targets are met, leading the senior management team, promoting the hospital's reputation for specialist care, and fulfilling the role of Registered Manager. You will need an excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector, a clinical background in mental health services, strong performance and delivery focus, and a credible, inclusive, and supportive management style.

Ty Glyn Ebwy is embarking on an exciting journey to expand services to women in a specialist eating disorder setting, focusing on treating eating disorders, alongside addressing conditions like depression, self-harm, physical health concerns, and psychological distress including trauma. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5 with some flexibility required to attend site is required outside of these hours.
