A leading hospital in the UK is seeking dedicated medical professionals to join their team. The role involves maintaining high standards of training and patient care, with responsibilities including participation in faculty meetings and covering various clinical areas as needed. Candidates must possess full GMC registration and relevant experience in General and Acute Medicine. The position offers a supportive environment for continuous improvement and professional growth.
The Trust has consistently received positive feedback from the GMC trainee survey, and our team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing this standard. We actively participate in local faculty group meetings to address issues promptly and ensure the unit remains a high-quality training environment. Additionally, we have a comprehensive quality improvement programme that we encourage all resident doctors to join, fostering continuous improvement.
Our rotas are thoughtfully designed to provide continuity in specific areas rather than daily changes. Rota schedules will vary depending on your department placement. They may include shifts in inpatient areas during evenings, weekends, and nights, which will be confirmed upon job offer. All rotas incorporate compensatory rest time in accordance with safe working standards. While doctors are assigned to specific departments during their rotations, they may be asked to cover different clinical areas as staffing needs arise.
