WWL (Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust) is recruiting a Domestic Assistant based at Leigh Infirmary. The role involves cleaning across clinical and non-clinical areas and supporting infection control procedures.

The post offers part-time hours (17.5 per week) with shifts across Monday to Friday, and a salary of £25,272 per annum pro rata, plus benefits. Full training will be provided.

Formación

• Experience cleaning in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Able to follow Trust policies and national cleaning standards.
• Induction and training provided on infection control and COSHH.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general cleaning and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Perform isolation cleaning and infection control procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and report defects.
• Assist with terminal or decontamination cleans as required.
• Maintain staff and public safety with warning signs.
