Registered Nurse

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Band 5 RGN’s to join an evolving Hospital @ Home team. Hospital@ Home consists of 12 -15 virtual beds and provides hospital care for patients in their own home, preventing admission and reducing the length of time people require to spend in hospital. There is a vision to expand the virtual beds in line with Scottish Government initiatives. Applicants should be committed to providing a high standard of patient care and interact well within The Integrated Front Door Team.

Applicants should have good communication skills, and a commitment to developing change and promote innovation within the front door services. Shift patterns and hours of work negotiable and flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service, including public holidays. Post holders are required to hold a driving licence.
