This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 21 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can support the Administration Team in the day to day running of the Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC)

Primarily the post holder will work as a non-clinical member of the CDC to assist in the high level- administration of the department.

This includes front of house contact for department visitors; Managing patient appointments; Booking diagnostics appointments in liaison with clinical/ technical staff: Preparing patient lists and files; Putting patient charges onto the system; Managing clinical admin duties: Assist with admin aspects to support diagnostic service.

The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data input. The skills we would expect you to demonstrate are excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, and ability to self-manage and prioritise a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy.

If you have worked in a Healthcare environment NHS or Private and have proven experience of working successfully in a fast-paced office environment we would like to hear from you.
