Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a full-time Patient Administrator for its new Patient Support Centre in Seaham. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and managing outpatient appointments. Candidates should have strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills along with experience in a customer service environment. Due to a period of innovation, Spire are opening a state of the art Patient Support Centre in the heart of Seaham, we have a number of Administrator and Customer Service vacancies available in our new hub for people looking to develop or begin their healthcare career.
Please note - Induction training will be held for 2 weeks (9am to 5pm) following this, shifts will vary between the hours of 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

As a PSC Administrator, you will be responsible to ensure the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient customer service experience within the centre.
