St Elizabeth Hospice is seeking a Property Services Technician to maintain our hospice buildings and retail units, focusing on high-quality decoration and safe, welcoming environments for patients, staff and visitors.

You will perform maintenance, painting, decorating, and basic repairs, travel between sites with a valid driving licence, and join a charity that values safeguarding and supportive benefits.

Formación

• Experience in property maintenance, with specific expertise in painting, decorating, and minor repairs is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a respectful approach suitable for a healthcare and charity environment.
• A full driving licence is essential to travel between the hospice and our retail units.

Responsabilidades

• Property Maintenance: Carry out routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Painting & Decorating: Execute high-quality internal and external decorating projects to keep our environments uplifting and well-maintained.
• Safety & Security: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining secure premises across all sites.
