Teesside Hospice in Middlesbrough is seeking a physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to palliative patients on the in-p-patient unit and wellbeing services. You will assess and tailor holistic treatment plans aligned with patient needs, working autonomously within the MDT.

You will have experience in palliative care, neurology and respiratory physiotherapy, and you will contribute to rehabilitation, enablement, symptom management and discharge planning, including workshops on

Qualifikationen

• Experience in palliative care, neurology and respiratory physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering group sessions and workshops (breathlessness management, seated exercises).
• Commitment to rehabilitation, enablement and discharge planning.

Aufgaben

• Deliver physiotherapy to palliative patients on the in-patient unit and wellbeing services.
• Assess and devise holistic treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Contribute to rehabilitation, enablement, symptom management and discharge planning.
• Plan and deliver workshops and group sessions (breathlessness management, seated exercises).
• Help develop and evaluate new sessions within the Wellbeing service.
