Bristol Hospice seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting. You will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver routine nursing care, monitor patients, and support families with education and comfort.

This role emphasizes collaboration with RNs, CNAs, social workers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care and respectful, empathetic service for patients and their families.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse qualification issued by a recognized authority.
• Experience in direct patient care and hospice settings is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and a clinical team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and comfort-focused interventions.
• Assist Registered Nurses with assessments, documentation and coordination of care.
• Communicate patient changes and updates to the care team.
