We are currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and develop our growing Hospice In Your Home offer and to operationally manage the team.
You will be required to work 36 hours per week, spread over four 9-hour shifts.
Shifts will be across a 7-day roster: Monday to Sunday, including early (7:00 am - 4:00 pm), late (4:00 pm - 1:00 am), and night shifts (10:00 pm - 7:00 am).
We provide a range of palliative care services for people in Nottinghamshire and are looking to recruit a HIYH Registered Nurse Lead to develop our Hospice In Your Home service and manage the Care Team.
You must have substantial experience leading teams, preferably in a relevant healthcare setting, along with operational management and leadership skills. Support will be provided to help develop your career ambitions. Essential to this role are an understanding of multi-disciplinary working, team management experience, a passion for hospice care, excellent communication and planning skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems, with experience of SystmOne being an advantage. Service development and transformation will be key aspects. Flexibility may be required to meet patient needs.

As part of the Hospice in Your Home Team, the post holder will support palliative and end-of-life care patients within their homes. The team provides Hospice at Home and Night Support services 24/7, including Bank Holidays, with shifts on a roster basis.
