Naomi and Jack's is a hospice supporting medically complex children, young adults and their families across the central south of England. We are seeking two Housekeepers to maintain clean and welcoming environments within our hospice settings, ensuring every space feels like a home-from-home for families and staff alike.

The roles involve independent work under supervision, delivering high-quality cleaning across patient and office areas, kitchens, and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
• Take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Are organised and manage your time effectively.
• Are flexible, reliable and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality cleaning services across our hospice and office spaces.
• Preparing children's, young adults' and family accommodation to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and safe communal areas for families, staff and visitors.
• Keeping communal kitchens clean, stocked and welcoming.
• Monitoring cleanliness standards and reporting any issues when required.
• Following health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.
