Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Housekeeper in Taunton to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our hospice. This role goes beyond cleaning and supports patient care, dignity, and comfort.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain high cleanliness standards in clinical and non-clinical areas, follow schedules, assist infection prevention, and be flexible to cover shifts across a 7-day rota, with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work.
• Caring, respectful, and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to meet service needs.
• Experience in cleaning, healthcare, or hospitality is welcome but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.
