St Joseph’s Hospice is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our clinical team. You will deliver hands-on patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following individual care plans to ensure comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life.

We welcome candidates with a genuine passion for palliative care, flexible to work 24-hour coverage including nights, and committed to ongoing training and support within our hospice environment.

Competenze

• Experience of providing hands-on patient care in a healthcare or community setting.
• Ability to work as part of a clinical team under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Flexible approach with the ability to work nights as required.

Mansioni

• Deliver patient care in line with each individual care plan under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support patients and families, maintain high standards of care in a palliative environment.
