Job summary

Beaumond House Hospice Care is seeking an experienced district/visiting nurse to provide holistic, compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes across Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will assess needs, manage symptoms and ensure up-to-date care plans in partnership with the Integrated Hub.

The role requires NMC registration, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting carers and families. A 36-hour contract with 9-hour shifts over seven days is offered.

Qualifications

• NMC Registration required.
• Right to work in the UK at time of application (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home for holistic assessments and individualized nursing care.
• Provide safe, effective symptom management and end-of-life care.
• Review, update and maintain care plans and clinical documentation.
