You'll be in regular contact with growers - offering expert advice, developing tailored sales strategies, and ensuring customers maximise their potential with Newey's product range.
You'll work closely with the Divisional Director and existing team, keeping NPD and market insight at the heart of everything you do.
You'll spend around 3+ days a week on the road, visiting nurseries, building relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.
You'll also represent the business at trade shows and key industry events in the UK and Europe.
What Do I Need?
Experience in the hardy nursery stock sector - ideally with hands-on growing experience to back up your sales skills.
A proven track record in sales account management, ideally 2+ years.
Knowledge of amenity horticulture is a bonus, but not essential.
Confidence in communicating face-to-face, on the phone, and via email.
You'll be well-organised, methodical, and commercially savvy - with the ability to manage your own time and territory.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel with regular overnight stays.
Why Join Newey?
Join a market-leading business with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and exclusive genetics.
Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values innovation and commercial impact.
Work in a varied, autonomous role where no two days are the same.
