Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Horticultural Sales Executive to join a growing horticultural business in Wisbech. The role focuses on quoting for large contract jobs and immediate supply, plus delivering excellent customer service in a busy office environment.

You will build the customer base, respond quickly to changing requirements and enter orders into the internal system, with in-house training provided. Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Knowledge of trees, shrubs or horticulture advantageous.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Quoting for large contract jobs.
• Quoting for immediate supply jobs.
• Understanding and adapting to customer requirements for individual projects.
• Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and developing the customer base.
• Responding quickly to changing customer demands.
• General sales administration.
• Entering customer orders onto the internal system as required.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail throughout the sales process.
