You Will

• Play a key role in sowing seeds, spacing plants, and helping them thrive from day one.
• Spot signs of pests or diseases early and work with the team to protect crop health.
• Operate machinery safely and confidently, and help keep equipment in top condition.
• Stay on top of hygiene and food safety standards to ensure only the best reaches people’s tables.
• Support sustainability by managing waste and helping us recycle wherever we can.
• Be part of a team that listens, learns, and supports each other to do great work—every day.
• Take pride in keeping our workspaces clean, efficient, and audit-ready.
