You Will

1. Play a key role in sowing seeds, spacing plants, and helping them thrive from day one.
2. Spot signs of pests or diseases early and work with the team to protect crop health.
3. Operate machinery safely and confidently, and help keep equipment in top condition.
4. Stay on top of hygiene and food safety standards to ensure only the best reaches people’s tables.
5. Support sustainability by managing waste and helping us recycle wherever we can.
6. Be part of a team that listens, learns, and supports each other to do great work—every day.
7. Take pride in keeping our workspaces clean, efficient, and audit-ready.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. If you’re keen to learn, we’ll give you all the training and support you need—from biological controls to lean manufacturing techniques.
