About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons in horticulture across a range of levels, from entry-level courses to more advanced qualifications. The college boasts excellent on-site facilities including greenhouses, gardens, and workshop spaces to support experiential learning. You'll work closely with learners aged 16+ and adult returners, many of whom are preparing for careers in landscape gardening, environmental conservation, or commercial horticulture.

Your duties will include
  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons

  • Assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback

  • Supporting learners with individual needs

  • Helping maintain the college's horticultural facilities
