Are you an experienced Horticulture Instructor/Lecturer, or experienced in this field and looking to step in to education?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Horticulture Trainer Assessor to join their team. Access to state-of-the-art facilities, mileage claims, and a supportive environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Horticulture lesson and demonstrations to learners on site.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Provide technician responsbilities to maintain the site.
  • Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum level 3 in Horticulture or a related field
  • The willingness to teach up to level 3 Horticulture to learners.
  • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to cover both theory and practical sessions.
