A community-focused charity in Market Overton is seeking a Creative Enterprise Horticulture Coordinator to manage its horticulture program. Responsibilities include overseeing gardens, leading a team, and ensuring quality produce. Candidates should have at least 2 years of horticulture experience and the ability to support adults with learning disabilities. Location: Market Overton, Rutland (LE15 7PL)
Salary: £27,242 – £28,254.31 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

We’re seeking a Creative Enterprise Horticulture Coordinator to manage and develop our horticulture programme. You’ll oversee our gardens, greenhouses, and polytunnels, and lead a team that includes adults with learning disabilities, helping them gain valuable work skills while producing high-quality plants and produce for sale.
