Job summary

UKATC is seeking an Agri-Tech Business Manager – Horticulture to manage a portfolio of horticulture-focused agri-tech businesses. You will build trusted relationships, understand growth priorities, adoption barriers and connect companies with investors, test beds and innovation programmes.

As internal horticulture sector lead, you will capture sector insights, share knowledge across teams and help shape UKATC's engagement with sector opportunities and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management within the agri-tech or horticulture sector.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of growth strategies, adoption barriers and customer discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agri-tech businesses serving the horticulture sector.
• Engage regularly with portfolio companies to understand stages, priorities and needs.
• Connect companies to investors, partners, test beds, trials and innovation programmes.
• Act as internal horticulture sector lead and maintain a clear view of sector needs and opportunities.
• Share sector insights to inform UKATC growth and strategic activity.
• Support colleagues with horticulture sector knowledge and networks.
