Horticultural Manager

Responsibilities
  • As the Plant Area Manager, oversee the daily operations of the outdoor and indoor plant departments.
  • Manage stock levels and uphold high standards of plant care and visual merchandising.
  • Support your team in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the centre management team to maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring retail environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong knowledge and passion for a wide variety of plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, indoor plants).
  • Supervisory or management experience in a retail and/or horticultural setting.
  • Good commercial awareness, able to spot trends and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • A reliable, organised mindset with good time management skills.
