Located in the heart of Scotland, set in a 900-acre estate in Perthshire, we’ve been welcoming families for 150 years. With 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants, and over 60 onsite activities, there’s something for everyone!
About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Riding Centre Manager to lead our busy Riding Centre at Crieff Hydro. You will oversee daily operations, lead instructors and yard staff, and ensure high standards of horse care, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will manage a friendly team, support their development, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor arenas, hacking routes, and a collection of 45 horses on a 900-acre estate. The centre offers lessons, hacks, and seasonal events, and is an approved centre for equestrian activities.
This is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, with a salary of £35,000 per annum. Working hours are generally 8am-6pm, five days a week with every second weekend off. Accommodation does not allow pets, but options for bringing your own horse are available and can be discussed during interview.
