The Horizontal Trading team at eBay is responsible for developing and scaling trading and loyalty levers, which drive growth and retention of buyers and sellers. We plan and implement a quarterly calendar of promotional activities and incentives aimed at delivering relevance, value for customers, and driving business performance in partnership with marketing and category management teams.
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating operations behind the coupon program, our most impactful trading lever in driving top-line business performance. Additionally, you will lead a newly launched initiative within our incentives program.
