Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a minimum of one production process performing single and/or multiple functions, which may include CNC or manually controlled equipment
• Perform problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by machine. Analyze machine problems and take corrective action in timely manner
• Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work
• Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems
• Required to perform inspection of own work Certified Operator Program
• Required to train other operators as needed
• May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a machine for others to operate
• Ability to read and interpret production prints
• Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work
• Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas
• Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company
