• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
• Maintain top-tier presentation at all times.
• Liaise with customers face-to-face and by phone/email.
• Keep customer satisfaction scores high.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Collate finance proposals for customers.
