EF Bristol International Language Campus is seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our Host Family Recruitment Team as a Homestay Coordinator, connecting international students with welcoming host families.

In this role, you'll visit families, guide them through onboarding, and ensure safeguarding compliance—all while building key communication and organizational skills.

  • Zero hour contract
  • Part-time with 20 – 25 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Visiting host families and completing paperwork (a strong focus on compliance)
  • Liaising with our existing host family community and handling enquiries
  • Matching international students with host families and assisting in placements
  • Participating in EF events
  • Following up with newly collected paperwork and entering information into a database
  • Keeping host family database up-to-date

  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced background check and two references
  • Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
