We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure compliance with regulations and the upkeep of the home, following our 'Homes Maintenance Operative Guide to Mandatory Duties and Supplementary Tasks' and working in line with the B&M Rose Model.

Rate of Pay: To be discussed at interview

Contract Type: Part time

Contract Hours: 24 hours

Location: Barnet - Greenhill

Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

• Ensure fire safety, water safety, call bell, and property checks are carried out per company policies;
• Basic home maintenance;
• Moving home furniture and equipment;
• Vehicle checks and maintenance as per policy;
• Maintaining flower beds, borders, hanging baskets, watering, and grass cutting;
• Cleaning drives, pathways, and gutters, including snow clearance;
• Maintenance of outdoor furniture and water features;
• Taking utility meter readings when requested;
• Proper waste disposal adhering to health & safety procedures.

Essential Attributes:

• Full driving license;
• Own basic tools.
