A local government council in Thurrock is seeking a Homeownership Services Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality leasehold management and service charge administration. The Homeownership Services Manager is a management position within the Place Directorate, responsible for leading a team to deliver high‑quality leasehold management, service charge setting and Right to Buy administration to support Council leaseholders while ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations and legislation.
Thurrock Council manages a diverse homeownership portfolio, consisting of leasehold and freehold properties across the borough. This portfolio presents a unique opportunity to engage with a range of tenure types, ensuring that leaseholders and homeowners receive excellent service.
