Homeownership Manager needed in Grays, £266.16 per day

The Homeownership Manager will be responsible for leading the operational management of home ownership services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, seamless Leasehold Management and Right to Buy services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service delivery, including all aspects of customer care.
- Ensuring an efficient and effective Right to Buy service in accordance with Housing Act 1985 Part V.
- Analyzing performance data to monitor, improve, and identify opportunities.
- Preparing service charge estimates and actuals accurately and timely within statutory timeframes.
- Preparing Ground Rent Demands promptly and accurately within statutory deadlines.
- Conducting statutory consultations under section 20, adhering to legal thresholds and schedules.
- Billing for major works and service charges within statutory targets.
- Providing professional handling of leaseholder enquiries, correspondence, and complaints, complying with FOI, Data Protection Regulations, and Information Sharing Protocol.
- Resolving complex enquiries related to permissions, licences, subletting, assignments, lease, and service charges, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex matters promptly.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of leasehold legislation and case law to ensure compliance.
- Managing information provided to residents regarding leasehold management, right to buy, and billing, in line with legislation and stakeholder requirements.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
