Overview

Homeownership Garages Team Administrator needed in Southwark. The rate is £18.26ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: RQ1596511.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact dealing with queries from customers about their garages and their rent accounts, referring more complex inquiries to the appropriate officer for rent income, lettings, repossessions or repairs.
  • Register customers on the garage waiting list and assist with making offers and appointments to view.
  • Assist the Income officer with basic rent income tasks and, occasionally, assist lettings officers with viewings.
  • Assist the Homeownership Manager to manage non-technical correspondence and provide administrative support for the team as needed.
  • Under the guidance of the Homeownership Managers and Senior Letting Officer, you will be allocated straightforward work to free up the rest of the team to deal with more complex issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support in housing or lettings is desirable.
  • Ability to handle queries, refer complex cases, and support rent income tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under guidance and support the team as part of a small team.
