Homeowner Coordinator

Location: London (E15 1BJ)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

Are you a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Are you organized and efficient? If so, this exciting opportunity with one of the UK's largest housing associations and new home builders could be perfect for you.

As a Homeowner Coordinator within the customer-focused Homeownership Team, you will handle various lease-related enquiries, assist homeowners with sales, provide information to solicitors, support residents through staircasing, process lease extensions, re-mortgages, subletting requests, and administer schemes like Right to Buy and Right to Acquire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with general lease enquiries, approvals, and restrictions.
  2. Support homeowners with selling their homes and other purchase options.
  3. Manage lease extensions, re-mortgages, and subletting requests.
  4. Administer government schemes such as Right to Buy and Right to Acquire.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support to the Homeownership team.
  6. Ensure all tasks are completed in line with policies and procedures.
  7. Keep customers and third parties informed about transaction progress.
  8. Support case progression through sourcing and supplying necessary information or documents.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and quick learning ability.
