The Vacancy
Hampshire Social Inclusion 101 provides accommodation and 24/7 support for up to 20 clients with complex and high-level support needs, as well as two additional emergency beds for overnight placements for rough sleepers.
Hampshire Social Inclusion Lot 2 - provides supported accommodation to adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across three locations. Each is tailored to the needs of the clients and offers various levels of support. This service also provides community support to individuals who are having difficulty maintaining their tenancy in their own accommodation in Fareham and Gosport.
Our aim is to provide person-centred support to our clients, empowering them to gain the life skills they require to move on to more independent living as well as preventing evictions. We also work with a range of agencies to maximise the support and opportunities for clients.
Although this can be a challenging role, it’s also very rewarding. This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same. You’ll take part in various tasks, such as running client activities and life skills projects.
