Homeless Support Service Team Leader
Location: Ashkirk Homeless Unit, Sunderland
Salary: £31,037 per annum.
Hours: Full Time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Saturday
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 5PM on Friday 19th September

Could you inspire a team to support changing the lives of those at risk of homelessness? Do you have experience of working with clients who may demonstrate challenging behaviour? Do you have a sound working knowledge of safeguarding? Do you have the ability to relate to people? Do you have the ability to document information in an accurate and concise manner?
We’re looking for an exceptional talent to oversee the delivery of excellent, consistent and responsive housing services. You’ll be responsible for leading, inspiring and engaging a team of support workers to deliver industry-leading customer and housing services. You\'ll have a strong track record of delivering results, along with extensive experience of housing management practice, with a focus on robust performance management and demonstrating strength in motivating others.
