Change Grow Live is seeking a Rough Sleepers and Homeless Recovery Coordinator to support individuals on their treatment journeys and into stable housing. The role involves engaging with those affected by homelessness and substance misuse, coordinating services, and advocating for client needs while ensuring effective communication across health and social care sectors. A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Rough Sleepers and Homeless Recovery Coordinator,supportingrough sleeping individualsthroughout their treatmentjourneyandsuccessfully supportingtheir move on intosuitablehousingarrangements.We are hoping this role will be for you.
You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse. You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.
Where: Stevenage
Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026.
Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Allowance: Outer London Fringe Weighting of £694.25 per annum
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
