Exciting Opportunity: Homeless Prevention Advisor – Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST)
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our established Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST) in a permanent, full-time role based in the East Team.
FAST provides high-quality, targeted support to some of Warwickshire’s most vulnerable teenagers.
