Job summary

Overview

Are you organised, methodical, with excellent communication and team workings skills? We require a helpful and reliable team assistant to provide a top class admin service for a busy health visiting team. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, flexibility and ability to work with staff and service users under own initiative, but can also work as a team.

Responsibilities
  • Collate and input data on the EMIS System.
  • Liaise with health professionals, children's services and other agencies.
  • Ensure all filing of manual and electronic records are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain client/patient confidentiality at all times.
