Job summary

Pod Point, Ltd. in London is seeking a Homecharge Operations Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will plan installations, coordinate regional teams and ensure smooth customer experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, manage schedules, and maintain strong relationships with installers to optimise capacity while delivering reliable timelines for customers. The position offers a hybrid working model and an opportunity to contribute to sustainable home charging

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make rapid decisions to solve problems.
• Technically minded and able to pick up electrical jargon and systems easily.
• Great at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Schedule Charge point Installations – responsible for planning and coordinating multiple domestic charge point installations across your designated region simultaneously, creating efficient schedules that account for installer availability, regional constraints and customer commitments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a positive customer experience – proactively communicate changes with customers, offering reassurance and reliable timelines.
• Efficiently respond to phone calls with Domestic Operation enquiries – first point of contact for all domestic operations calls, managing phone lines and responding to installer and customer enquiries related to scheduling, progress or technical queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with installers in your area – collaborate closely to maximise regional installation capacity, optimise route planning and reduce travel times.

Description

Home Charge Coordinator role: Proactive, people-focused team member who takes pride in great customer experiences and enjoys getting stuck in. Works closely with team and engineers to help customers get their chargers installed smoothly.
