Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor to lead EV ChargePoint installation projects nationwide. You will coordinate resources, liaise with customers and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires proven electrical supervision experience, valid JIB/CSCS, UK driving licence, and knowledge of BS7671. You will manage budgets, procurement, RAMS, and project handovers, while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and deploy resources for EV ChargePoint installations, owning delivery of projects.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of electrical and engineering teams to meet programmes.
• Review designs and procurement to produce material take-offs and procure installation materials.
• Ensure installations comply with BS7671 and quality management processes.
• Prepare RAMS and programmes of work; sign-off site safety documentation.
• Carry out safety audits and toolbox talks with installers.
• Prepare and sign NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
• Compile and manage project handover documentation and customer deliverables.
• Respond to additional requests from the EV Operations Manager.

Job description

The Supervisor will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision and successful
delivery of EV ChargePoint installations across the UK. Working closely with operational teams, customers
and suppliers, the role is responsible for resource planning, material procurement, compliance, quality
assurance and project handover activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget
and to the highest standards of customer service.

Job responsibilities

• delivery of allocated projects.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of electrical and engineering teams, ensuring resources are
• effectively allocated to meet project programmes and customer requirements.
• Review designs and project requirements to produce material take-offs, identify material requirements
• and procure all relevant electrical installation materials to support project delivery.
• Ensure all installations are compliant with BS7671, using their own competencies along with specific
• systems and processes designed to manage the quality of work.
• Compile, review and challenge site-specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.
• Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with Installers on the ground.
• Prepare, review and sign off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
• Compile and manage all project handover documentation, ensuring customer deliverables are
• completed accurately and on time.
• Any other reasonable request in line with this role given by the EV Operations Manage
