Team Manager – Homecare
Location: Covering Mid and West Cornwall (based at Bluebird Care Office, Truro)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,500 per annum plus mileage allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Reports to: Homecare Area Manager
Overview
Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking an experienced and professional Team Manager to support the day-to-day operational delivery of our Homecare services. This key leadership role involves the supervision of care staff, quality monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a care professional with supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Experience working in domiciliary or community-based care
Strong understanding of person-centred care and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
