Summary
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Baxter Quality System (QMS) for the Homecare business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for regular evaluation and review of the Quality System to initiate, maintain and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure that the Homecare function is compliance with GPhC, RPS and framework requirement, and Baxter standards and policies.
Work closely with Associate Director of Homecare, Principal Pharmacist, Compliance and Governance Manager and Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure continuous development of risk management policies and processes.
Ensures appropriate risk identification and management processes are implemented throughout all Homecare functions.
Drive the development and management of a Governance Dashboard to ensure robust systems are in place to track and trend quality system data and indicators.
Support operational pharmacy sites as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified Pharmacist and Registered with the GPhC
Recent and extensive experience of working in High/Mid-tech Homecare
Trained and qualified as a Lead Auditor would be advantageous
Excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical
Process driven
Successful experience in conducting investigations and complaint management
Successful experience in managing risks
Previous experience of managing workload and tasks to tight & competing deadlines
Expert knowledge of current operational capabilities & up-to-date UK Pharmacy Regulations
