Are you experienced in B2B Telemarketing? If so, get in touch! My client is a leading company in Employee Benefits, and if you want to be part of something special, look no further.

About the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven telesales professionals who can deliver against targets and generate opportunities for new business by booking appointments for Employee Benefits Consultants. Candidates should demonstrate success in telesales, telemarketing, or tele-research roles, including setting appointments for field sales consultants.

Manage your workload and pipeline of activities and opportunities, seeing them through to completion. We seek someone with commercial awareness and the ability to understand the changing needs of business priorities and the people who work for our clients and prospects, to help them provide for their employees.

Highly literate with keen attention to detail and competent with Microsoft Office applications. A responsible individual with a sense of ownership who can work independently.

About you:
  • Experience in a B2B telesales / telemarketing role
  • Experience within an insurance and client-facing environment is ideal
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is desirable
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements, including FCA rules, data protection, money laundering, and standards of insureds’ professional bodies

This is a full-time home working role offering a salary of £30,000 and an excellent benefits package.
