Job summary

Aqualogic is recruiting Home Water Efficiency Plumbers to join our award-winning team focused on sustainability in the South West. You'll visit households identified as high-water users, install water-saving devices, fix leaks and provide tailored advice to reduce consumption.

You’ll use our app to log data and explain findings to customers. We offer a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a company van, tools and uniform, and a competitive bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
• Blue Card is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home water efficiency visits and assess fixtures.
• Fit water-saving devices and check for leaks.
• Take meter readings and log data in the app.
• Educate customers on sustainable water use and behaviour.
• Provide high levels of customer service; occasional weekend work.

Role Overview

You'll visit customers identified as high-water users to assess their plumbing fixtures, install water-saving devices, fix leaks and provide tailored advice to help them reduce water consumption.You'll use our bespoke app to log data and explain your findings to customers in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct water efficiency visits in customer homes
• Assess and fit water-saving devices (e.g.taps, showers, toilets)
• Measure flow rates, check for leaks, and take meter readings
• Record data via the bespoke app
• Educate customers on sustainable water use and behavioural changes
• Provide high levels of customer service and feedback on service delivery
• Occasional weekend work required
