Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a passionate Domiciliary Optometrist to join our Essex Home Visits team. You will deliver essential eye care to elderly and vulnerable patients in their homes and care settings across Essex, building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life.

Travel across locations in Essex is required, with support from an experienced team. We offer flexible opportunities, part-time 3-4 days per week, and a competitive package including a car allowance and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Customer-focused with a willingness to succeed.
• Confident with a strong work ethic and a drive to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

Our business

As part of the Essex Home Visits business, you’ll help deliver eye care services across; Chelmsford, Brentwood, Billericay, Epping, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Grays, Basildon, Wickford, Rayleigh, Leigh-on-Sea and Canvey Island working with a supportive and experienced team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Please note that these are some of the key locations you may cover, but travel throughout the wider patch may also be required.
