Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a domiciliary optometrist to deliver full eyecare and outstanding service to customers who cannot attend stores. You’ll join a community-focused team, covering Truro, Bodmin, St Austell and Newquay; some travel across a wider patch may be required.

You must be a qualified GOC-registered optometrist with a valid driving license, and you’ll benefit from a comprehensive package including relocation support, bonuses, and full Specsavers perks.

• Full driving license.
• Customer-focused, confident, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel across the patch and beyond to deliver care.

Responsibilities

• Provide eyecare to customers who can’t visit stores.
• Cover areas including Truro, Bodmin, St Austell and Newquay; travel may be required across a wider patch.
• Deliver high-standard clinical care and excellent customer service.

Our business

As part of our Plymouth Home Visits business, you’ll cover areas such as; Truro, Bodmin, St Austell and Newquay. Please note that these are some of the key locations you may cover, but travel throughout the wider patch may also be required.
