Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our domiciliary team in the Yorkshire and Leeds area. You will bring exceptional customer service to patients in their homes and care settings, supporting the team to deliver high-quality optical care.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some flexibility required. A £2,000 welcome bonus and a car allowance of £2,400 per annum are part of the package, along with standard Specsavers benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care skills.
• Must have previous optical experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Yorkshire and Leeds area, providing care to patients in local community and in care homes.
• Support the domiciliary team in bringing care directly to people’s homes.
• Create a positive store and care experience through excellent customer service.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
